After submitting vote I get an error message regarding extra_voting_forms

I'm new to Drigg, I followed the tutorial on this site and I tried voting on a story using a test account I created on my Drupal site, after submitting the vote I get the error message:

"The requested URL /extra_voting_forms/handle was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening? I have extra_voting_forms installed and configured as far as I can tell. Thanks
