* The web server on the other end is broken and not standard-compliant (quite rare, but it does happen) OR
* Your host can't reach the remote server because your connection or THEIR connection is down OR
* The page you are submitting is not the actual page but a redirect.
Don't know if this is the same problem
I don't know if this is the same problem but sometimes when I try to edit a post it says "url is not working" and I can't resave it.
URL?
Hi,
Please explain how to reproduce the problem _exactly_.
Which URL?
DOes it happen with _every_ URL?
Merc.
URL is:
URL is: http://www.e-hrvatska.hr/sdu/hr/ONama/Djelatnost.html
DOes it happen with _every_ URL?
No.
It happens randomly I suppose.
OK...
Hi,
This will happen in three cases:
* The web server on the other end is broken and not standard-compliant (quite rare, but it does happen) OR
* Your host can't reach the remote server because your connection or THEIR connection is down OR
* The page you are submitting is not the actual page but a redirect.
There is no real way around it.
Merc.
disable?
Hi Merc,
is it posible to disable this option?
Sometimes I have the same problem... and I would like to disable it.
Upcoming drigg...
Hi,
The upcoming version of drigg will allow you to disable URL validation.
It should be out soon -- I am waiting on a couple of patches.
This will also be the first big-free drigg after 1 year of development -- and only 20 outstanding feature requests.
