Minium karma to submit a scoop. Karma use.

I want to know if it's possible to allow to submit a scoop only if the user has a minimum karma. It could be interesting to make the users interest in upcoming stories.

Anybody can suggest a Karma user configuration to improve the system?

It should be possible to do that. The module User Karma allows you to assign a specific role to people with a specific amount of karma. Then, you simply assign the posting permission to that role in the User Access interface,, and voila!
