Clean URLs and German Umlauts

Hi,

i installed and everything works as expected, except the Umlaut-Handling in URL-Aliases. I renamed the i18n-ascii.txt as found somewhere around the forums (couldn't find any more details) and still get _ instead of oe (for example) as replacement for ö.

This makes the Category "Persönlich" (personal) look like domain.com/Pers_nlich

Any idea how to get around this?

P.S.: I installed pathauto to handle everything else but the categories and the scoops and i18n works fine there.
