How to approve or publish scoop entries

Hi, Nice to meet you and I'm sorry to ask weired question....
I try to find solution more than 2 days but I could not find it.

I just want to know how to approve or publish scoop entries because I think these unapproved entries might come up with "Drigg queue - UNPUB" area and select and aprove them. However, in this page, there are just two "Apply Checkboxes".
Therefore, I tried to use "Home » Administer » Content management >> Content" to publish(approve) entries. But no new entires are appeared in Published Scoops section. Threfore, could you let me know how may i approve them?

Mysql version is MySQL4 4.1.22. Php version is PHP 5.2.5.

P.S I installed Drigg to use manual way and I thought installing was fine.

Eventhough,I posted several scoops, they are in Upcoming scoops and Archived scoops.

In admin section,Administer ≫ Content management ≫ Content, I thought this function is used for Approve entries but entries still stay in upcoming scoops.

3) Precisely what the probem is with it
Problem is I could not find how to approve scoops by admin.

When you submit a scoop it automatically goes to upcoming. Once it recieves enough votes it is promoted to the front page (you can change the total number of votes needed to make this happen by going here: http://(yoursite).com/admin/settings/drigg/drigg_promotion). If it doesn't recieve enough votes it goes to archived after a set amount of time (which you can change by going here: http://(yoursite).com/admin/settings/drigg under "How many hours entries stay in the "upcoming" queue: ")

If you want to manually promote a story, without it having the required number of votes, log in with administrator privileges and go to submit a drigg scoop (or just use the edit tab if you already submitted one) and click publishing options at the bottom of the submit page (right before the submit button) and check promoted to the front page. If this doesn't work or you are still having problems let us know.
