will this work in lighttpd web server?

Hi,
I have just read the installation instructions. It says it will only work in clean url . I'am using lighttpd in my server and no .htaccess ...

additional question.
I have an exsiting pligg base site and i want to convert to drigg , is there an importer to do that?

1) No idea about lighttpd, I have never used it. Sorry :-( But, I can confirm that Drigg will only ever work with clean URLs. I can't think of a single reason why anybody would want a drigg site without clean urls.
