$300 - Hide Voted Scoops

I'm not sure how these bounties work, but I'm putting $200 on the table for someone who can implement an option to Hide Voted Scoops from all the pages except the user sections that displays the user's created scoops and voted scoops. The purpose of this modification is to allow users the ability to find new scoops without needing to sift through scoops they have already seen.

Payment will be sent through PayPal. My website will be released on July 11, 2008. It would be preferred if a quick hack could be given before then, because I really want this feature in my site at the release. As added incentive, I will add another $100 to bounty if you can get me some instructions on how to implement this modification to my site before the release.
