Grey voting buttons

Hi

Just noticed that unless I am an admin user some of the voting buttons are grey and I can't vote! Why are some grey and some the usual yellow?

ok after a bit of digging I see now that grey voting buttons mean the story is too old and cannot be voted on anymore. I made the voting time '0' now which means forever so all scoops are now voteable :-)
