External Voting Button bounty

Refer to the previous discussion of this feature in the Drigg feature request area. I know there was some money offered up there long ago (on the thread above) but the feature has since been put on the back burner. Since I think it would be an extremely useful feature for Drigg I'm starting off the bounty with $40, hopefully others can increase the amount to make this worthwhile to a developer.
