[ERROR] "User already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections"

Hi all,
Sometimes my project doesn't works (www.klaku.net) and it appears a message:

"The MySQL error was: User xxxxxxxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections."

Why it appears this error? is this a Drupal error?

Help please.

It's a PHP error...
