Best Published Scoops Question

Hello,

I was wondering, does the "Best published scoops" menu on the right hand side ever reset? Or will the top scoop remain there permanently? On Digg this menu seems to reset every 24 hours.

It doesn't reset... it changes as there are new "best" published scoops.
Go to admin -> blocks and configure the blocks to set times and number of entries for the block.
