Character Case in Category and Story Portions of URL

Is there any way to set the characters in the category and story portions of the URL to be lower-case?

For example, the default settings output the following style of URL: http://www.drigg.org/CategoryName/The_Title_of_the_Story

I would prefer something like the following: http://www.drigg.org/categoryname/the_title_of_the_story

Drigg allows me to configure the separator in the URLs, so I have mine currently set so the URLs look something like this: http://www.drigg.org/Category-Name/The-Title-of-the-Story

Ideally, I would like it to look like this: http://www.drigg.org/category-name/the-title-of-the-story

I know that this is configurable outside of Drigg with the Pathauto module, but I would like the same capabilities with the Drigg URLs.

Please advise. Thanks!

Options

At the moment, Drigg doesn't allow it.
However:

1) For the categories, you could actually name them with lower-case letters, and then get them to have capital letters through CSS. I am not very keen on changing

2) For the story links, I _could_ do it. The question is: why? Is there a real SEO reason why Drigg should allow it?

No real SEO reason. It's just more for appearance, uniformity, and those of us who are anal... :)
